A few suggestions to consider before creating a Call for Posters proposal:
1. Your Call for Posters proposal must relate to a current social, political, or environmental issue.
2. Be as specific and clear as possible. Call for Posters proposals that lack enough detail to give a designer the necessary amount of information to design an intelligent response to the issue are not as likely to be selected than more specific proposals.
3. Be clear about your audience for the poster. Where will you be displaying the poster—at a rally, in schools, businesses, on the streets? What is the audience’s age/demographic?
4. Identify a specific issue that you want your poster to address. What is the immediate cause your poster should address?
